Animal Dr. Amber: Dr. Amber works with many species of animals. Based on her diversity, she was offered a unique role developing the animal services program for a non-profit group's proposed public education center in Los Angeles. This proposed project will look at humans, animals and the environment in a discovery park type setting. In addition, Dr. Amber is a candidate for a Masters in Public Health. This additional training allows her to work at the critical intersection of human and animal health. She is a strong supporter of movements such as "One Health" and "Veterinary Family Practice." She is a Certified Veterinary Journalist and proud member of the Veterinary News Network.
